  1. All ordered medicine shall be supplied as generic drugs or BRANDED generic drugs,MEDECINES & MEDICATIONS BY MAIL ORDER.  

  1. The Drugs available on this site are purely generic drugs manufactured as per cGMP standards and meeting the Standards of Pharmacopeias of International Standards.

  2. FDA means Foods & Drugs Administration pursuant to Drugs & Cosmetics Act, 1940.

  3. generic drugs do not infringe any Patent/Brand of whatsoever. Since these available under the compulsory Licenseing regime or the Drugs off the Patents

  4. Branded Drugs are marketed in the name of their Manufacturer meeting their standards condition of sales.

  5. Drugs will be shipped through MAIL ORDER and from the Laboratories located in various countries having an arrangement with this site.

  6. This web site and the Owners thereof including the Consignor of Medicine explicitly disclaim any statutory compliance while the drugs are in transit or at port of discharge for the compliances of any conditionality of “International Narcotic Control Board” or any other Statue or Conventions including the requirements of Customs at the Port of Discharge.

  7. No Drugs shall be shipped in quantities exceeding 120 (One Hundred Twenty Dosages) if it contains Psychotropic Substances pursuant to the United Nation Conventions of Drug Trafficking.

  10. It is warranted by those Third Party that the Bioequivalance of the Drugs conforms to the Patented Drugs and is the warranty extended by the Manufacturer of the generic drugs/Medecine/Medications.

Neither this Site nor the owners thereof shall be Liable for any damages or others of similar in nature if the Drugs are ordered by self Prescription (Rx) or by virtue of the information available on this site. Consumption and Ordering of Prescription (Rx) drugs shall be made on the advice of prescribing Healthcare Professional and the Order if placed on this Site shall construe and deem to be made on the advice/Prescription (Rx) of Customer’s Healthcare Professional.

  12. Generation of Order on this web site with the name of prescribing Healthcare Professional and Dosages thereof the Drugs shall deem to be the valid discharge of Prescription (Rx) conditionality.
